Our aim is to support the older members and physically disabled members of our community in their own homes by providing them with the services and the assistance they need to maintain their optimum level of independence. We will do this by:

• Listening carefully to clients, their families and carers to find out their needs and aspirations
• Drawing up and agreeing a detailed individual care plan to confirm what services will be provided and how and when they will be undertaken
• Respecting the client’s right to privacy and maintaining confidentiality in so far as the law allows
• Providing a consistent and reliable team of trained care staff
• Promoting the client’s independence whenever possible, whilst also recognising that from time to time we all require a little extra help
• Providing a flexible service which is able to respond to the changing needs of our clients and their families and carers
• Treating all clients, their families and carers with the respect and dignity that they deserve
